We exist so that our neighbors and the nations will know that Jesus is better.
When we say that “Jesus is better,” we are both testifying to something that we believe, while confessing just how much we don’t.
“Make no mistake: Jesus is better than the frailty of riches. Jesus is sovereign over my sorrows. Jesus supplies more comforts in His eternal rest than any vacation home could promise. But our hearts are sick, and as long as we are in this corrupted body, there will always be that little morsel of doubt hiding away in the crevice of our hearts.” -Aaron Ivey
How we accomplish the mission
We gather so the gospel can shape our lives through singing, preaching, praying, and celebrating baptism & communion.
We grow in the gospel as we meet in LifeGroups to equip one another for mission and encourage one another on mission.
Wegiveour time, talents, and treasuresfor the gospel to go into all the world.
We go with the gospelto family, friends, neighbors, & co-workers so that they will know that Jesus is better.
Who We Are
We hold to 5 core values that we believe should be true of every follower of Jesus.
Together we pursueGenerosityRelationshipAuthenticityConfidenceExcellence
We generously give our time, treasure, and talents for the sake of others because Jesus has given us the greatest gift in the gospel. (2 Corinthians 8:9)
We seek to understand the stories of others and build relationships in order to tear down barriers to the gospel because Jesus took on humanity in order to know us and die for us. (2 Corinthians 5:21)
We desire to live in a community that is transparent, truth-filled, and deceit-free because Jesus is always truthful—never lying or deceiving. (James 5:16)
We proclaim the truth of the gospel to dead people with the confidence that God will raise them to life because Jesus began the work of salvation in us and will see it through to completion. (Hebrews 6:19-20a)
We invest our energy into worship, work, and the world with great care because Jesus brings out the very best in those who know him. (Colossians 3:23-24)

What We Believe
We believe that the Bible was written by God through human authors, is without error in the original manuscripts, and is the supreme and final authority in the lives of believers. (2 Tim. 3:16; Acts 24:14; Ps. 119:96)
We believe in one God, eternal and self-existing in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Gen. 1:26; John 1:1-4, 12; Matt 28:19)
We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ and that He entered the human race as the virgin-born son of Mary. (Matt. 1:18, 24-25; Isa. 9:6; John 8:58)
We believe that all mankind participated in Adam’s fall from his original sinless state and are thus lost in sin and separated from God (without the atoning sacrifice of Christ). (Rom. 5:12-16, 19)We believe Jesus died upon the cross as the sinless substitute for all sinners, sufficient for all who repent and believe. We believe Jesus arose bodily from the dead on the third day. (Matt. 28:1-20; John 20:1-21; 1 Peter 1:3; Rom. 6:4, 11)
We believe that the one and only way to salvation is through faith and faith alone, in Jesus Christ as both Savior and Lord. (John 14:6; Rom. 3:28; Eph. 2:8-9)
We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential for the salvation of lost and sinful mankind. (John 3:3-8; Titus 3:5)
We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells all who receive Jesus Christ and enables the process of sanctification in each believer. (John 14:16-17; Gal. 5:16; 2 Cor. 3:18; Hebrews 10:14)
